DRUM DYEING TESTING MACHINES
Excellent tester for sock dyeing, garment dyeing, and stone wash processing.
The ability to respond to distributors’ needs in the fashion industry which is a seasonal business with relatively short life cycle is a great advantage. The conventional method to make garment from already dyed and finished fabric requires an average processing time of 8 to 12 weeks. However such lead time can be dramaticly shortened to about 2 weeks by garment dyeing. The difference created by this in the swiftly changing fashion industry has resulted in decisive influence. Minimum stock, tremendrously fiexible color range, and new prewash and worn effect have become apparent advantages in garment dyeing industry, therefore, the new idea of dyeing already finished garments will expand with a “snow ball effect”.
However, one can not find a professional, sophisicated, and small scale(3kg)garment dyeing tester. With our aboundant experience in manufacturing testing machines, we have developed the Rotary Drum type small scale garment dyeing tester. This machine has the functions of single compartment type, two-compartment type, and three-compartmenttype.It greatly improves Tangleing, twisting, and transforming problems. The customers shall find it convenient.
Of course , the desired stone wash effect can be achieved if proper stone is applied.Since we are most strict and careful in the manufacturing of the machines, even Pilling will not occur with finest Denier, so it is most suitable for small quanity or trial sock dyeing.
An indispensable QC apparatus in Texturizing mill
After texturizing process of synthetic filament, there are often defective products related to the following dyeing process; for instance, extraordinary high or low exhaustion property or shrinkage problems arise after the dyeing process. These defects are impossible to be observed by human eyes and a series of QC apparatuses are necessary to ensure that good quality of the texturized yarns will be obtained.
The usual procedures comprise the following
Hosiery Knitting->Dyeing of the knitted Hoses-> Drying and final determination of yarn quality different
There are Hosiery Knitting Machines available in the market for special Laboratory purposes. A tubular hose is knitted from each selected spindle of texturized yarn for approx. 1" length per section to from about 250 to 350 sections continuously thus also forming a rope .It is suggested to mark or indicate every 12-24 sections on the knitted hose for easier examination.
Dyeing can be carried out for Ropes of knitted hoses are placed into the 3 or 2 compartments of the Rotary Drum.
