Laboratory Type Steam Fixed HT Steamer H-TS-3

This is used in laboratory steam fixation and termosol processes. It is made of complete stainless steel and is used for drying textile dyed materials and fixing printed samples. Additionally, it can be used as a laboratory type e-control device with the optional moisture control feature. It can be operated with an external steam generator and operational steam. Saturated steam and HT-Steamer are suitable for the chemical and dyeing industries, finishing process plants, R&D institutions, and the general textile industry. Designed as a MINI-DRYER, the R-3 model with a wide adjustment range for temperature, humidity, and time can be used for the following:

Drying, FIXING with electric heating 20°C-250°C

Saturated steam steaming 102°C ± 2°C

HT steaming at temperatures of 100°C - 250°C

Humidity control with 10-100% regulation and steam generator can be supplied on request.

Lab fans are suitable for intermittent operation in conjunction with the AIR FURN type.
