After extensive research, long-term experience, and R&D efforts, the Mini-Stretching Machine has been developed to provide the best method for applying high-performance resin finishes and Termosol processes in laboratories. Traditional laboratory techniques often fail to restore the roller conditions after processing test fabrics through a scarf and manually transferring them to a dryer. As a result, the fabrics are subjected to vaporization and various drying conditions associated with the environment.
The feeding and delivery of the test fabric are automatically controlled by a continuous needle carrier that precisely regulates temperature conditions. As a result, the test fabric does not require ironing or an additional drying process, ensuring excellent color consistency and results. In short, the Mini-Stretching Machine delivers fast and precise results. An important design feature, different from modern designs, is the electronically adjustable processing time in the drying loop and the width control of the needle carrier.
Specially designed needle surrounds precisely recreate the roller conditions that produce the desired sizes and appearance in four different directions, laying the test fabric accordingly. This is particularly important for woven and elastic fabrics.
