Designed with controlled heating levels and precisely positioned temperature sensors, the electric heater provides a precise and evenly distributed surface temperature.
Machine Description and Specific Features:

• With years of manufacturing experience, the machine is compact, easy to install and maintain, and accelerates operations.
• The electric heater machine provides heating capabilities up to 210°C.
• It is placed inside a mobile unit with minimal space requirements. The 6-pole electric motor using a circular reducer operates at the lowest noise level.
• The rollers are made of durable chrome plating, with a shiny surface hardness of 60 HRC and above, and a surface quality of 0.5 µm.
• The bearings are lubricated by an automatic lubrication system.
• The machine stops with an emergency stop foot pedal. (This allows the machine to automatically stop and the rollers to move approximately 3/4 turn in reverse.)
• The material guide plates, made of Teflon, are resistant to heat and acid, do not fade, and do not damage the rollers when compared to suitable bronze guide arms.
