While working on dyeing processes, the time for penetration before and after impregnation is especially important, especially for sulfur and vat dyes, to ensure penetration before entering the steam chamber and after impregnation. External factors like oxidation and dye reduction often damage the machine, which is why consistent results may not always be achieved in laboratories.
For these reasons, our company has designed this Impregnation-Steam Series using a horizontal impregnation machine, positioning it very close to the entry of the cylindrical cutting steam chamber. This, of course, shortens the time before entering the steam area and provides much more consistent results compared to traditional machine types.
Advantages Over Traditional Machines:
- The downtime within the steaming chamber for continuous operation can be precisely adjusted via the indicator.
- The time before entering the steam chamber and after impregnation is very short (0.5-3 seconds), preventing unnecessary external distribution.
- Manufactured entirely from stainless steel and resistant to acids and chemicals.
- All guide rollers in contact with the test fabrics are coated with Teflon to prevent any staining issues.
- Compact machine design requires less space.
- Automatic spray cleaning systems for the liquid container and impregnation rollers.
- If the temperature of the water-insulated bath exceeds the preset temperature, cooling will be performed, ensuring water consumption is conserved and automatically adjusting the temperature.
