Infrared Sample Dyeing Machine IR-24

The IR-Dyer is a multifunctional and, most importantly, an environmentally friendly "compact" IR dyeing machine for laboratory use that ensures the environmental cleaning method for sample dyeing. The dyeing tubes are heated by an IR heater. The angled position of the dyeing tubes, in combination with the rotating disk, is designed to achieve good bath circulation through the rotation of the disk. Excellent dyeing repeatability and color consistency are guaranteed. Each dyeing tube is numbered to prevent confusion. For dyeing, 24 equally sized dyeing tubes are attached to the rotating disk, and one of the dyeing tubes contains a sensor for temperature measurement. Thus, the dye bath temperature can be accurately measured. If the safety cover is opened, the rotating disk and heating system automatically stop, preventing unwanted workplace accidents.
Even at low liquid levels (e.g., 1/6), there will be no wrinkling marks, colored spots, or faulty dyeing results.
