During the process of reactive dyeing, chemical addition is required. In laboratory dyeing machines, chemical addition is carried out using manual methods. This method is inefficient and inconvenient. It is also difficult to control the exact amount of chemical added, and personnel errors cannot be avoided. The DOSE DYER Rapid, a patented laboratory sample dyeing machine, automatically performs the chemical dosage. Operators can program the amount of chemicals to be dosed, which tube to dose, when, and how many times for the relevant dyeing process. In the chemical dosing step, there is no need for manual actions such as opening the tube lid or injecting with a syringe, making it much more practical and reliable.
