During the process of reactive dyeing, chemical additions are required. In laboratory dyeing machines, chemical additions are typically done using manual methods. This method is inefficient and impractical. It is also difficult to control the exact amount of chemical added, and personnel errors cannot be avoided. The DOSE DYER Rapid, produced by DOSE DYER, is a patented laboratory sample dyeing machine that automatically performs chemical dosing. Operators can program the desired amount of chemicals to be dosed, specify which tube the chemicals will be added to, when, and how many times during the dyeing process. During the chemical dosing step, there is no need for manual operations such as opening the tube cap or injecting with a syringe, making it much more practical and reliable.
