In traditional coating processes, inconsistent or variable coating speeds often cause significant problems. At RAPID, the AUTO COATING device has been successfully developed as a result of R&D efforts. It is designed to meet all coating test requirements and consistently deliver the same results. Once the material to be coated is prepared, the zero setting is adjusted first, followed by the coating thickness using the indicator. The coating material is fed in front of the blade. With a single button press, the coating blade will automatically spread the coating material.
